Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers amazing rooms, beautiful gardens, a great pool area, and a lovely breakfast terrace. Despite a slight noise issue after requesting a quiet room, the overall comfort during my Western Cape trip was exceptional.
The Vineyard Hotel is a stunning return stay with incredibly helpful and friendly service. The rooms offer the best view of Africa's Table Mountain and are exceptionally comfortable overall, albeit of sufficient size. The location is beautiful, with the mountain view and wonderful gardens adding to the charm, although it is a bit far from Johannesburg. Dining options are excellent with a wide variety to satisfy every palate. The facilities are top-notch, making for an enjoyable and memorable stay.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was immaculate and comfortable, although there were some hairs not attended to even after pointing them out. The solar panels on top were a unique touch. The tidying schedule could have been a tad earlier, but it didn't overshadow the overall amazing experience.
My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The rooms were immaculate, and the balcony garden was a nice touch for a 4-star hotel. The service was efficient and friendly, although there seemed to be a slight lack of focus at times. The location, although a bit noisy due to its proximity to the entrance, was beautiful and immersed in nature. Dining with mountain views was excellent. The facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers well-appointed rooms that are comfortable but could be cleaner. The service is friendly and attentive, though lacking in focus at times. The location is beautiful and easily accessible, but occasionally noisy. The dining experience includes high-quality options. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered disappointing views of the inside garden, but the room itself, especially Room 256 with its large comfortable bed and patio, was quite enjoyable. The service was top-notch with welcoming and helpful staff, although the loud hallways were a downside. The location was stunning with great dining options nearby, but the dining experience, especially the wait times, was not ideal. The facilities were good, especially the beautiful gardens and mountain views.
During my 2 weeks vacation in Western Cape, I stayed at this hotel with the most comfortable rooms, uniquely located facing TableTop Mountain, and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The serene views of the inside garden with fountains and ponds were truly a highlight, complemented by a Nespresso Coffee Machine in the room.
